Class 6 had a wonderful morning becoming 'Sound Collectors' as part of our Poetry learning. The children listened to and then recited the poem 'The Sound Collector' by Roger McGough as a class. They practised using expression and adding interesting sounds to engage the listener. The children came up with some fantastic sounds and verbs to place into their own writing for this week and we are looking forward to writing our own sound poems. Well done Class 6!
