On World Book Day in Year 3, we read the book 'The Day the Crayons Quit!' We had an AMAZING, fun filled day! After reading the book, we hot seated different crayons, had a debate about the colour of the sun and split in to our team point teams to decide who really is the most important colour crayon. We made banners, chants and even wrote speeches to defend our crayons!
